"I was hesitant to bring my computer to this place when I had a computer crash. Amir was very understanding and so very helpful, and did not make me feel lost like most technicians make you feel. He also went many steps further, getting me set up with an external hard drive so I would not loose data in the future and also set me up with POP forwarding into Live, so I would not loose e-mails should I have another crash.
